If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below before getting in touch with our team.
Return Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.
All tamper-resistant seals, original packaging, and any protective cellophane must remain fully intact and unopened.
Return Timeframe
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Until the returned goods are received and signed for by our team, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
Handling Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.
